Bidbouncer

BidBouncer is a daily-updated blocklist of bad ads for publishers. The project was started to address concerns about low-quality ads served through Google, which were raised in a Hacker News discussion.

The site describes BidBouncer as free and says it recently launched. An email address is required for major product update notifications, and the site states that a throwaway address is also acceptable.
