Bloffy

Bloffy is a blogging platform that supports Markdown and raw HTML. Its creator spent two years building it after not finding an existing blogging platform they liked, with a focus on keeping blogs lightweight.

The project page reports PageSpeed scores of 99 to 100 for a sample blog. The page links to a PageSpeed Insights analysis of that sample so visitors can check the results independently.
