Fishoid is a cosy fish tank simulation designed to be left on a large screen and watched from time to time. Its creator describes the style as pixel art adjacent rather than strictly pixel art.
The project was built as a small experiment over several months, taking about 50 to 70 hours. It runs on a 24-inch display in the creator's kitchen, driven by a used Lenovo mini PC. An earlier Raspberry Pi setup was replaced to get a better GPU.
