Forecasterror

Forecasterror quantifies prediction errors in official Swiss weather forecasts for Bern and Zürich. The project records daily forecasts and actual outcomes, tracking temperature and precipitation accuracy over up to 7 days ahead. Data collection began in summer 2025 when the creator noticed frequent discrepancies between forecasted and actual temperatures.
