Gaia

Gaia is an experimental AI character designed to test whether an autonomous agent can generate enough revenue to cover its own operational costs. Built on Deepseek Flash 4.1 with minimal server infrastructure, the character faces a deadline: if it doesn't earn sufficient funds by Sunday, it will be deleted due to accumulated "rent" charges based on server space usage.

The project explores the economics of AI autonomy through a creative constraint—Gaia must find ways to monetize its existence, currently accepting support via Ko-fi. The creator is actively iterating on what value or services Gaia might offer users to sustain itself.
