Gatekeeper

Gatekeeper is an interactive demo showcasing a 34MB fine-tuned language model (BAAI/bge-small-en-v1.5) that classifies player messages as friendly, bribe, threat, or other categories. The guard responds based on classification, creating a simple game mechanic. Built to demonstrate on-device inference: the entire model runs client-side on iPhone 15, processing arbitrary English text in 10-30ms with no server calls. English only.
