Groupcommit is a free website for creating conditional commitments, which become binding only once a sufficient number of people, or specified people, have signed up. The site's example is agreeing to attend a council meeting and ask for a crosswalk if 30 other people sign up.
The creator describes it as a low-friction, when2meet-style option and notes related prior work at spartacus.app. The site invites visitors to share feedback.
