Hack is a hackathon run by Synteq, a cloud provider that has mostly sold GPU clusters, VMs, and block storage. It coincides with the launch of Apps and Functions, Synteq's first move into PaaS.
Participants build anything with a user interface on Apps, and projects can use other providers or Synteq VPSs. Prizes include an NVIDIA DGX Spark for first place, a flamethrower and half a cow for second, and AirPods Max and $250 in Chipotle for third.
