Happy-Eyeballs.club is a chan-style forum built around IPv6. Each visitor's IPv6 address is mapped to dictionary words, so arriving at the site generates an automatic name based on that address. The listing notes several other built-in features.
The site cannot be used over IPv4. IPv4 visitors are shown a separate page, which the listing calls the "losers page." The site is linked from the About section so IPv6 users can find it.
