Haserupt
Intent-based app limiting that asks why before you open

Haserupt reduces phone usage by requiring users to state their intent before opening apps. Instead of daily limits or scheduled focus sessions, it allocates specific time for each task—like checking DMs (1 min), watching reels (5 mins), or having a conversation (15 mins).
Once the timer expires, the app becomes unavailable for a cool-off period. Users can request extensions with explanations if they genuinely need more time. This intentional approach aims to make phone usage more deliberate and purposeful.
