Hypoarena is a scientific hypothesis-discovery workbench that constructs grounded hypothesis-evidence graphs and generates synthetic literature with planted causal chains. It supports generate-debate-evolve loops over pluggable offline adapters, Elo tournaments for skill recovery, paraphrase deduplication, and Bayesian evidence accumulation. The system produces reproducible reports with a NumPy core and optional CPU-only torch support.
