Lightscroll is a screen time app for iOS and macOS. It lets you choose your own limits and set how strict they should be, so you can cap time spent on distracting apps and sites.
The app was created by a developer who noticed they were doomscrolling on X or Instagram while waiting for Codex agents to finish their work. A friend co-built LightScroll with them. The team describes it as a way to reduce idle scrolling during long-running tasks.
