Netsat

Netsat is a shared, internet-based virtual satellite that simulates the experience of receiving a satellite signal with a software-defined radio (SDR). It is designed to help people learn digital signal processing (DSP) without first buying radio equipment.

Receiving and decoding satellites has a steep learning curve: protocols are complicated, and signals are hard to catch and track. The creator simplified the physics to make getting started easier and says more features are planned for the future.
