Pollsight

Pollsight is a civic web application that helps voters research the races and referendums on their ballot. It collects information from various sources, then aggregates and summarizes that content around the issues the user cares about.

The project was built in response to the time required to research a ballot. The creator notes that Austin voters face 53 races and 10 propositions, leaving little time to learn about each candidate and issue. Pollsight is intended to make that research more manageable.
