QuatChat

QuatChat is a desktop browser imageboard where users navigate as low-poly kumquats through a persistent 3D world. Each board exists as a structure in this shared space; posting requires you to walk your character to a board and stand near it. The server enforces all movement and position verification—client coordinates are never trusted. When you post, the system mints a short-lived HMAC presence attestation that proves your account was at that specific board, which the API validates before accepting submissions. Users can also create and found their own boards.
