SpendVeto

SpendVeto provides governance tools for AI agents that make payments, particularly on x402 and MCP protocols. It enforces policy-based spending caps, requires human approval workflows, supports nested budget hierarchies, and includes a kill-switch mechanism that activates before any payment settles.

The project is open source under Apache-2.0 license and includes 280 test assertions. It addresses the challenge of controlling and auditing autonomous agent spending in production environments.
