VM-1 is a DIY videomixer and videoplayer built on Raspberry Pi 5. Assign video files to slots and trigger them like audio samples on a drum machine using a standard keyboard interface. Switch between pre-loaded videos and live camera feeds connected via HDMI-to-USB dongles.
